Through the Great Commandments, here at She is Ministry, it is our aim to help women live fully according to their identity in Christ.  

The Great Commandment

Matthew 22: 36-40 “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” This is the great and first commandment. And the second is like it: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets.

In few short sentences, Jesus provided mankind with two guiding commandments- commandments that belong at the center of life. There must first be love in the heart before a person can keep Gods law. Many people follow Gods law out of religion. Obedience does not lead to love, but love leads to obedience.

The Great Commission

Matthew 28: 19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

The great commission is more than just reaching those with the Gospel who have yet to hear. It’s also teaching them to obey all that Christ has commanded. Sharing the Gospel and seeing people come to faith in Christ is only the beginning, we must then teach, train and equip them to live as disciples of Christ.

To cultivate a Christ centered community that spurs one another towards love and good deeds.

Application of the Mission Statement

Cultivate positive, significant and deepening relationships with one another that will provide opportunities for discipleship.

SISTERHOOD CELLS

Being discipled through life groups: In these groups, we learn about the word of God and discover how to live the life God has designed us for.

EVENTS

Fun-filled and purpose driven events that lead women to gather together for a common purpose. reaching a wider audience where women will be empowered through the preaching of the gospel, and the opportunity to connect to one another.

OUTREACH

Programs that aim to help, uplift, and support those who are deprived of certain services, needs and rights. These involve giving, learning, social planning, health support, and other projects for their welfare.
